I finally found a webpage with the lyrics to the BD soundtrack. Haven't checked it out fully, but wanted to share it with you.
Hope you have a great day!

Would you believe that other than in the movie, I haven't listened to the soundtrack yet? Yes, I know, bad Twilight fan! :embarassed:

No, you are just a very busy woman. When you can, check it out, it is my favorite so far and that is saying a whole lot! I am listening to it right now. I know many, if not all tracks are on youtube.

Does anyone else think it is strange that the original version of Flightless Bird is the one used in the movie rather that the one on the BD soundtrack? I am glad that they cut it off just at "Pissi..." LOL! As much as I love the song the lyrics are strange for a wedding.
  • I so prefer the original version of that song, too. It did seem weird that they put the "wedding" version on the soundtrack. Love me some Iron & Wine.

So, since you know Iron & Wine, Is the guy playing bass at the reception him? I'm not positive but he has the same beard. Can't find it in the credits and I have watched everytime. What do ya think?? I even googled it and can't find anything.

Is anyone else desperately in love with Turning Page? I'm obsessed with that song... I love it, and I love that it was written for the movie :D It's SO perfect :D

It is in my head constantly apart from the brief moments that A Thousand Years is able to sneak in. I am in love with the whole soundtrack but especially those 2 songs.

Me, too! Me, too! The only time I can listen to the whole album is when I'm in the car and can't be switching tracks; otherwise I listen to Turning Page over and over.

I figured that the band at the reception must be important since the camera lingered on them.

Well I think the camera lingered bc they were playing the Sia song from Eclipse... but there could be more than one reason.

I too and peeved that the Flightless Bird song is different on the soundtrack than the movie.

I really want the song that plays when they are pulling out of the driveway after the wedding and continues on until they get to Rio... Love it... LOVE.

Watch this video and tell me that doesn't look like the same guy. I'm not positive. I had better see the movie again to be sure.

  • I did some research and all I found was that it's some jazz quartet.

It does look like Samuel Beam, though. Must be the beard. :P

Has anyone heard if the BD Score is going to be released? Gotta have me the Score too!

I have a 6 CD changer in my car, and my son was with me last year and he was advancing from one CD to the other looking for some 'good music', I told him not to bother because EVERYTHING was Twilight. Ummm, he thinks I'm a big dork!
  • The score comes out December 13. Yay!

Thanks for the follow up. I thought that would've been really cool if it had been him.
