Today's challenge:
See how many jumping jacks in a row you can do!
Write it down and put it away. A while from now, I'm going to post the same challenge so you can see how much you've improved! I know sometimes things get hard and you want to give up, but I want to show you just how much you are improving your body and your life.

great challenge but I'm gonna go with my nemesis push-ups!!
i can do jumping jacks for like 3-4 min strait and it gets boring....
and I could really use some motivation on my push-ups0 -

I didn't do well yesterday...I got in bed at 10:30 but I was unable to fall asleep till 11:30pm. Siiiiigh!!!!!!!0

And I just finished 30DS before this!!

Is this the same as a star jump? Have both feet got to leave the floor at the same time?
For my health & safety guide lines can I do it on the bed to soften the impact on my knees.
But will the bed and the floorboards survive the impact.
I'm scared :sad:0 -
I did 50 before the knees started feeling stressed. Cardio was fine, I just didn't want to collapse in a heap needing medical attention!0

I was able to do 60 jumping jacks without stopping! I owe this all to my november jumping jack challenge I completed, because without doing jumping jacks every day, I would probably only be able to 10!0

I only did 62, I haven't done jumping jacks in awhile. next time I need to wear my sports bra, then I might be able to do more, LOL. Great challenge everyone. I am looking forward to seeing if next time i can do a few more......0
