Getting though December

Well December is finally here....do any of you have plans or incentives to get you through December and another round of holiday gatherings?
I plan to continue the workouts and calorie counting, but I am hoping since this is a lifestyle change, I won't stress out about any of it....just let it be a part of my life. I know there will be more fun gatherings than normal and I will let myself have fun, but drinks in moderation and I'll eat healthy food before I go, so I am not hungry at the party with all the "bad" foods!

I'm right there with ya! I am planning to continue with what we have been focusing on in the November challenge so that I either continue to lose weight (or at least don't put any on - which is usually rough for me during the holidays). Plus, I want to make sure I can still do some of the strength training moves when it comes time for the January Challenge....LOL!0
