    I have a video of me dancing drunk to that song .. it has conveniently been "lost" because my husband threatened to put it on YouTube ... anywho .. I'm down with whatever the group vote is. I get the 30/30/30 but will have to go check out the 100 push up thingy ...

    My arms and shoulder better look smokin hot by the end of December!

    I like this idea better than 100 pushups. At least to start. I have noodle arms, but want/need to build some upper arm strength. Esp before my next Warrior Dash in April!

    Just my two cents on what we should do - 30/30/30 3x/week split into 3 sets of 10/10/10 - 10 push ups, 10 sit ups (REAL SIT UPS, NO CRUNCHES!), and 10 squats, maybe a cardio blast, rest, repeat - yes, no, maybe? thoughts, suggestions, variations?

    I'm ok with real sit up, but can I still do my "girl" push ups until I work up to the real thing?? Seriously, NO arm strength.

    I'm there with ya -- can't do the real thing yet either. Except when I was a kid, I haven't had arm strength!

    NO dont ever do girl push ups---they do no good. Rather, do incline push ups with your feet on the ground and your hands on a wall, stair, bench, box, etc until you can do a "real" push up. Gradually this will build your core strength enough to do "real" push ups!

    I found it intriguing as I want to build my upper body too.
    I can't do squats or lunges right now as I am still recovering from a minor knee surgery but have been really trying to concentrate on building wicked-defined-ripped-HOT arms and shoulders!
    So tell me what to do and I'll do it!

    I'll work up a sweat and push it real good

    Before I could do a real pushup ... I used the stairs .. started on a decent incline and then worked my way down to the last step .... give it a try!

    Yup a rules/explanation was added lastnight. I just bumped it back to the top as it had moved to the second page and become burried.

    We decided on the 100 push up thing.

    I'm gonna try it. I will do the test tonight but I honestly don't think I can do one we shall see. I have a feeling I will be most behind :-) if I can ever do 20 I would be happy :-) lol but 100 I will do (fingers crossed)
