I am running a 5K this weekend - to start of my running in December!

I missed last week's race because I put the alarm on PM instead of AM :blushing: so I am extra excited this week - despite the prognosis that it will be coooooooooooold!

I've reconsidered by goal, I'm going to aim a little higher and go for 30 miles for Dec. I'm excited

    Posting here too,

Got a 3 miler in today - no heel pain - felt GREAT! ready for the race tomorrow. I may try to not break any PRs - just take it easy, we will see :drinker:

Went to do a 3 miler last night but it was a beautiful night in Ireland, no rain for the first time in weeks and it was clear, clean, crisp and cold and I loved it, so did an extra mile so 4 in total. I can't tell you nice it was to be outside running with no rain

Best of luck for the race, just take it easy and enjoy the run. Whats the distance?

It is a 5K, last week I put the alarm at PM  instead of AM so I missed it , so this time I will make sure it is set right

11/11/03 - managed 3 miles on the dreadmill which is impressive for me. I do fine with intervals on the treadmill but steady runs kill me. I much prefer outside.

I haven't made a new ticker yet, will add later.
