How do you cope? If you decline too often, you can get labeled as antisocial. If you eat very, very little food people get a little weird too. If you eat a large amount of food like everyone else - well - we all know what the result of that is.

    I think eating out is always a hard thing to do. I sometimes don't want to go out to eat because I know that I will either totally blow it and order what everyone else orders, or have to try and find something that I can eat with my food allergies and IBS issues. I almost ALWAYS gain weight on the scale the next morning too from too much sodium.

    Is it possible to order a full dinner and box half to go for lunch or dinner the next day? I would just order what you feel is right to eat at the time, and if others are really that into what you are eating and how much...then THEY need to get a life! :)
