its just seems amazing because 3 pounds of that was from the day after thanksgiving! so last week i showed a gain, pesky pumpkin pie! oh yeah, also this is just the start of me being healthier and i think the pounds come off faster at first when you are heavier. i dont know. but everyone else is doing JUST AS GOOD! i'm a wateraholic now!0 -
