Q: I have a tilted uterus, and I've been trying to have a G-spot orgasm without success. Is my tilted uterus to blame? — Traci, Florida Not necessarily. There are many women who experience difficulty having an orgasm in their *kitten*, let alone an orgasm in their G-spot. And this is true of women with perfectly aligned uteruses.
Do you have difficulty achieving orgasm from clitoral stimulation? If that’s the case, you may want to examine any reasons why it may be difficult for you to orgasm. It could be anything from a lack of sleep or an inability to relax to insecurity or performance anxiety. That said, it’s probably not your tilted uterus, but rather a lack of proper positioning that’s contributing to your inability to have a G-spot orgasm. So relax, and don’t worry as much about your tilted uterus.
Because the G-spot is set so high, it can be difficult to find and stimulate properly. Make sure that your boyfriend is aiming at a sharp angle inside of your vagina. Your G-spot is located about 2 inches into your vagina, on the top wall behind the pelvic bone, and it’s about the size of a peach pit. The more aroused you are, the better chance it has of being stimulated, as the blood rushing to your pelvic area will increase the sensation of his manual stimulation.
Your G-spot will respond best to firm, intense stimulation. While you may prefer a more delicate touch when it comes to oral sex, you’ll want to make sure that your partner is putting a lot of pressure on your G-spot. It will help if you’re lying down and propped up with pillows. Or, if you want to try and have a G-spot orgasm during intercourse, the best position to try would be for you to straddle him and lean back, so that he is putting optimal pressure on your G-spot. You can also engage in intercourse with the doggy-style position, making sure that you keep your back and rear in an elevated position. Just remember to relax and apply firm pressure, and you’ll be able to have the G-spot orgasm you’ve been looking for!*EVERYDAY HEALTH*

Also, your gspot won't be centered, may be off to one side. You can tell the difference in texture, more softer tissue. One thing you might want to consider is getting a wedge or pile pillows up so your pelvis is tilted towards your head, sounds silly but it works. You'll definitely know when your gspot is being hit as well. Don't freak out if you also have a little bit of ejaculation...it's very common for that to happen when you have a gspot orgasm. Above all else, relax...don't force the orgasm. It'll happen
