Let's start tomorrow officially and give people a chance to catch up/join. I did my 100 for today though!! Anyone else?!

    Maybe we can do squats with weight/dumbbells every other day for burn more calorie.

  • @dragon, I was actually going to suggest that!! I will take a before picture, but I'm sure not posting it until I've toned up a bit! ;)

    I did my 100 yesterday on the wall with the exercise ball since I am just starting out with these... OH my legs burnt but GOOD BURN lol

    going to get to mine for today once I get to the gym :D

  • I started last night and I'm happy to find I'm not sore today! I'm looking forward to doing fewer sets with more reps though - last night I did five sets of 20 each.
