Hi all-
Boy how this group has grown :) YEAH!!

I don't know how to do it.. or if I am able (since I didn't create the group)-- but, we need a pic for our "fit after 50" group. Looking at some of the other groups.. and they have all these cute little pics. Any ideas?? :tongue:

    I agree. Maybe one of people in our age group climbing Mt Everest or something along that line since we are all working to be fit after 50. It doesn't have to be that extreme but something showing us striving to be the best we can be.

    OK. I uploaded a pic of my husband kayaking. This was taken this past summer and trust me...he is over 50. I'm hoping to do much more kayaking myself this coming summer. Hopefully with a lot less weight getting in and out of the kayak will be much easier and graceful! lol
