OK, Team. NO SLACKING just cuz Sexy's away playing Bahama Mama DOES NOT mean any of us should be slacking - and I know she's still not slacking cuz she STILL got a workout in while on vaca!
So, we're almost to the end of Week 4. Don't forget to post up your new measurement on Sunday/Monday NOON at the latest so the spreadsheet can be updated (I believe Golden is still doing this for us?)
I just finished my Day 5, Level 2 on Week 4, planning on doing 1 more day tomorrow then taking off Sunday from JM before starting again on Monday. I'm definitely seeing some more definition coming out, I don't think my inches have changed but if I'm replacing fat with muscle I'll take it
Next week, for those that are continuing this Challenge with us, we'll be going back to Level 1 for Week 5 and then finishing it off with Level 2 in Week 6. I am SO excited for the end results for all of us. So, in honor of JM, let the fear leave your body, the fat melt off and sculpt out those obliques! :flowerforyou:

Upper: 30.5 (0.5in loss)
Waist: 27 (Same)
Bellybutton: 31 (1in loss)
Lower: 36.5 (1.2in loss)
Very happy with my results thus far! Can definitely see a bit of ab definition =D

Upper Abs - 30.5" - I gained .5" but it's solid so I'm thinking I just built up more muscle (I hope!)

I'm hoping to start Week 5 on Level 1 tomorrow AM (missed today due to not feeling very well & needing a break). Hoping I can smash it in the last couple weeks. When I did this in May/June earlier this year I noticed that it was the last week that I really started to see/show results :happy:0 -

I previously posted this in week 2's measurement topic, but here it goes again. I slacked over the holidays and the following week was even harder to get back into. Now I am going hard, so my results might not be for the better. However, I will post my week 4 measurements as soon as I take them. I am currently completing my first week of Level 2 and finishing my last week of Level 1 at the same time. I will still be a week behind, cut I am going to try to get caught up.0

So I didn't think that I had much change, even though I did see that I had more definition, but I just completed my measurements and and I was actually stunned!!

Natural Waist Line Before: 33 Now: 31 (THIS IS AMAZING FOR ME!!)
Around Belly Button Before 38 Now: 34 1/2 (OMG!!!!)
Kangaroo Pouch Before: 38 Now 37 1/2
