IT'S MONDAY!!! (week 2)

It's time for that weekly check in!
how'd we do this week? did you achieve your goals? are we staying on track? what are our goals for the week?
This weekend was sort of a bust. I had a friend over from Madison and wanted to show her a good time and how us people in Milwaukee like to party! :drinker: I did what I want, ate what I want, and drank what I want. So none the less, I really need to ramp up the work outs this week and make sure I really watch what I eat. Come Friday when i weigh in I want to see good numbers. I am still doing well with keeping up with my water intake. I get 8+ cups everyday! (and especially needed it after this weekend!) I am now up to 100 minutes of exercise everyday and can feel myself getting stronger and wanting to push harder and further everyday! My goals this week is to keep up with the water intake (this will be a weekly goal until it becomes habit forming) and exercise and push push push! Dont give up! And as Jillian Micheals would say "Last chance workout! Make every minute count!"

Yeah - I gained .5 pounds this week. I did really good until "date night" with hubby then it all went downhill from there. But I am pushing through and making up for it this week. Hoping to lose 1.5 pounds this week. :happy:0

Doing good! Trying to keep up the exercising even though this cold is holding me back. Weekends are the hardest to stay on track. But other than that doing good. Tried my new workouts yesterday and I have it stuck in my mind that I'm sticking to this! Thanks to all the wonderful people out there for the support and motivation.

My week seemed to go okay weigh in day is coming up and hope to lose 1.5 pounds if not more, trying to eat a bit more to get out of this rut, have a hard time netting 1200 calories everyday, but have realized I am starting to love to exercise, can't seem to go a day without doing a little something so still going to have a complete rest day soon!!!
My goals right now is to SLOW DOWN my eating habits, trying to put down my fork every bite and concentrate on chewing!!!
Just want to say thank you for all the support it feels good to read positive feedback from other who struggle with the same issues, I have a superr supportive husband and family who support me in my journey they are all so happy because of what I have accomplished but it feels great to hear it from everyone here!!!! Have a great week everyone!!!!0
