What size scrapbook do you use?

For personal use, I use 12x12 post bound, but thinking about switching to 3 ring as this appeals to me. I am very much a 3d scrap booker. For gifts, I am still a 3d scrapbooker but I use 8x8s for gifts. I have given 1 12x12 as a gift, with no photos in it. Just the mats and embellishments, came out great. Anyhow I gave it to my mother in law, and its packed away up in her closet somewhere! And she has TONS of photo albums. Y'all know the kind that had the sticky stuff on it that turned all the pictures yellow? yep, those! (oh, i gave it to her 3 years ago!)

I use a 12 x 12 book but I take out the center metal rod things and change it to a zip tie looking thing.. Makes it way easier for expanding the book.0

Thanks for that tip. I was actually thinking about doing that, but wasn't sure if it would work. It works okay? Then to expand it what do you do? just cut the zip tie and expand and then rezip tie it? That is what I was thinking...
