Check in:
starting weight: 251
week 1: 247
week 2: 242
week 3: 239
week 4: 235
weight loss this week: 4 pounds
total loss: 16lbs
calories burned this week: 1779 (oops)
last weeks personal challenge: not completed, i continued to drink at least 2ltrs of water everyday but as for the other part of my challenge, epic fail. I got completely caught up in my exams and coursework that i barely worked out.
This weeks personal challenge: I am going to continue with the water but that is just going to be part of my daily routine from now on not a challenge. So my actually challenge for this week will be to stay below on my sugar, i have been really bad on this lately so not counting fruit i will try and be below my sugar every day.

Starting weight: 150
Week 1: 147
Week 2: 146
Week 3: 143.7
Current weight: 144
Weight lost: ... gained .2lbs I think this is just because it's my TOM next week but I won't lie and say I'm not super disappointed. I didn't cheat at all this week and really worked at both my calories and gym/workouts so to see the number move up at all (because I was hoping for at least 2lbs lost) is incredibly frustrating.
Total lost: 6lbs
Last weeks personal challenge: Get to the gym for at least three classes and drink more water.
Done! I made it to three classes at the gym and worked out for an hour (two videos) at home on a day off. I'm addicted to Diet Mt. Dew so I've forced myself to drink at least 1 liter of water before having one and that worked well. I drank between 1 and 2 liters of water daily.
This weeks personal challenge: My In Laws come to visit on Tuesday so I'm going to really try to get at least two gym classes in and really watch what I'm eating. We'll be gone over the weekend so I won't be able to check in until Tuesday next week. Vacationing with family while attempting to lose weight is new to me so my fingers are crossed!0 -
Start of a new week!
Starting Weight - 167.5
Week 1 - 164
Week 2 - 162
Week 3 - 160.00
This Week - 158
Weight Lost this week - 2 pounds
Total Lost - 9.5
Personal Challenge - Last weeks challenge was to cook healthy meals for the whole family, I did 4 out of 7 nights which is a good start for us. This week I have 3 Christmas events and my TOM so I will be happy to just maintain and not gain anything.
Keep it up this week ladies! And don't let TOM get you down, if you know you did well tell the scale to f off! Lol0 -
I use the wiifit as my scale (I love that it keeps track of everything for me) but I really wanted to kick that damn thing this morning. Pixelsted scale dancing around the screen telling me not to worry. I know it's programed but I honestly wonder if it knows when it's pissing me off.
Good luck with all your Christmas parties! I've found that keeping a wine glass filled with sparkling water in hand helps a lot. People aren't constantly trying to get me something to drink (over zealous hosts) and if I'm holding something I'm less likely to be snacking too.0 -
I use the wii fit as my scale too. I can get rather annoying but you know you have done what you ares supposed so don't let that number get you down, think more of the 6lb loss over the four weeks!0
