Turbo Fire Friday! What's everyone working on today? After having the stent placed, I'm laying low til Monday, but I will continue to log my food.

Well my motivation has been lacking for the past few days with turbofire but thats prob cos its been the same schedule for 3 weeks and my boredom threshold is very low. So Ive been trying to mix it up a bit doing some HIIT as well as fire classes but today I just couldn't bring myself to do it. So I did Level 3 of JM30DS and some weights. Am glad I even did that cos I was in that mood where you don't wanna do any exercise at all y'know? Might continue to do other workouts until monday and then get going with week 8 of turbo fire cos the schedule is different then0

I totally hear you on the getting bored thing @lul123. I like to add in different things as well - Chalean Extreme is a really nice complement to TurboFire - it's a strenght training program, and it has some nice cardio in it as well. I'm doing a hybrid right now.0
