new and have questions
hey everyone My name is Mary I am 25 years old i am looking to loose all the weight my baby helped me put on... I went from 140 to 170 so I am hoping to get help in loosing about 30 Lb but in order for me to do that I am gonna need some help since I am planning on breastfeeding to a year old, I have never gone past 4 months. Anyhow I do have a question
Is there a tool I can use since I am breastfeeding and I need more calories then 1200 a day??
what kinds of snacks do u guys find more filling?
other than sweets what do you guys stay away from??
