Day 35 Challenge! (Monday)

Good morning CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
At some point today, fit these in:
-50 sit-ups
-50 push-ups
-100 squats
-100 lunges

Find ways to sneak physical activity into your day. Drop something on the floor? Do a squat to pick it up. Food's in the microwave? Don't just stand there, do some modified push-ups against the counter! Doing a few things like this every day will help you better your health without too much of a time dedication.

    This is a hard one for me, I'm a bit rusty on sit ups and push ups. I'll give it a go though. :grumble:

    Great challenge!! Not sure if I can can complete the sit ups....may have to do crunches instead!! Looking forward to working on these today!!

    great challenge, this might be hard but I will get it done. That is what a challenge is all about to push yourself a little bit beyond what you would normally do. Giving it my best shot......:blushing:
