I love this website. It is great for calculating calories and it tells you how long, for different exercises, it will take you to burn those calories :)

    You can also compare foods side by side nutrition wise. I was always told that sweet potatoes are better for you then regular baked potatoes, but only got the answer that they have different carbs.... slower digesting I guess. Well, I just looked at the nutrition tables side by side and a sweet potato has less the half the calories of a russet the same size, BUT in the protein and potassium dept. the russet far exceeds the sweet potato and has less sodium. Anyway, You can compare nutrition facts on foods lol

    Sweet potato fries I heard taste REALLY good! .... Just cut them up and bake them in the oven. Haven't tried this, but someday I will!

    I tried them when we went out to eat a while back, they put cinnamon sugar on them. They were ok.... I guess. lol I'm trying to find a healthier way to make them.....
