Hey there CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
Try a type of healthy food or drink you've yet to try or that you haven't had in a while. Eating the same thing every day can get extremely dull; liven up your life by changing it up!

    i like how you say make instead of have a good day =) it says a lot. I ate sushi but I always eat that every weekend.

    Love it! Sorry I am bad about every-day logging into the forums. But my boyfriend got my Coconut water to try at the store yesterday. I will have some post-workout today! I heard the benefits of it are great

    Hmmm.. let's see, what can I have different yet healthier... I, fortunately, love good food but I've tried a lot of different things.. I'll have to think about this one or go wander around the store.
