Hi

I've been on MFP a while, but only just discovered this group. I've been (mostly) gluten free since about end aug/beg sept. I lost most of my weight the last 3 months and tummy gone down 12" and waist 8 ".

I seem to be stuck though my measurements haven't changed for a few weeks still 36" tummy and 32 waist... I upped workouts last week but it just seems to have resulted with my monthlies not arriving properly (had the cravings/cramp/water gain but no actual period arrived)

I wanted to ask.. as only thing I haven't given up is my mini yorkshire pudding with sundays dinner but its now only thing I have with regular flour.. I've replaced bread with gluten free bread and have gluten free brownie (once every 3-4 weeks when food shoppng order comes) I haven't been able to find any gluten free yorkshire puddings.

Is there anywhere in Uk I can maybe buy a gluten free batter mix to use for yorkshire pudding or pancakes on pancake day?

I am very new to the being gluten free and am still trying to adjust to it and have lots to learn.

I did do some searching and found this recipe for GF yorkshire puddings I haven't tried them yet, but they got great reviews.

    115 g gluten-free self-raising flour
    142 ml milk
142 ml water (half milk and half water)
    1 pinch salt (optional)
    1 medium egg
    30 g vegetable oil

    Directions:
Heat the oven to 220°C or 425°F or Gas mark 7. Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl: make a well in the centre with a wooden spoon. Drop the egg and half the milk and water mixture into it. Gradually work the flour into the egg and milk and water mixture to form a smooth creamy texture. Slowly add the rest of the milk and water mixture and then beat well. Heat the oil in 8-10 patty tins or in a 23x18cm tray (9x7-inch tin) in the oven. When the oil begins to smoke, pour in the batter. Bake in the top of the oven until well risen and brown; about 20 minutes for the small pudding or 45 minutes for the large pudding.
