    I have only been at this (losing weight) since April and previously never been calorie concious at all. But now I am! I view everything with suspicion especially anything in pastry so I tend to avoid. I have made good progress but don't want to risk jeopardising that progress. I will probably spend an hr running on my treadmill to 'make room' for a few extras on Christmas day. Sad I know but thats the way I have to do it. I can't take a 'day off' being in a healthy lifestyle. I will enjoy a large roast dinner (probably lamb) and a dessert as well as a few treats but will still be logginig them!

    I love them, particularly the big flaky pastry variety that look like small sugar crusted hats !

    In Christmas season sod the calories - that's what the rest of the year is for :drinker:
