    Barbie you look so good, thanks for sharing your new body with us. :bigsmile: I don't think I have a before and after, I wouldn't let anyone take pictures of my hips before I lost the weight. :laugh:

    when I posted this, I got so excited that my photos from Photo Bucket were actually posting, that I forgot to say that I hoped this thread would include before and after pictures from lots of people.....it wasn't supposed to be just about me. The people who have been in Senior Golden Sneakers since I got here, remember what I used to be like and have watched the progress, but I wanted to share the results with the rest of you and have you share your successes with all of us.

    Here's mine - The before was taken in June of 2010 - I weighed about 196 pounds

    This after was taken November 11, 2011 - 30 pounds lighter at 166 pounds.

    I have 20 more pounds to loose. Hope it doesn't take as long as the first 30.
