Hey there CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
Add an extra serving of protein to your day!
Use it to replace a carb-y treat you allow yourself if you'd like. For example, if you generally snack on chips, try nuts or edemame instead. Like to dip? Try hummus!

    great challenge! I look for snack options this evening... perhaps a boiled egg.

    I love edamame. I eat it everyday. It really helps to keep me full.

    Awesome, I just joined this group and I can already tick of the day's challenge. Rather than my usual muesli for breakfast, I had some Tuna Nicoise salad left over from last night. TICK.

    thanks, i did it! maybe not the best choice for protien but I usually do not have salami. Not to many choices in the house. I think that I need to find some other sources of protien. It was an easy snack to pack while we were out today.
