so far so good. havent gone over my calories and drinking lots and lots of water! im doing really good workouts daily and staying on track! how are you all doing this week?

    BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!

    My 9 month old and husband are sick so I have been dealing with that, plus I have been working longer hours - basically, I have not worked out at all this week and I have been eating terribly. I am hoping to get back on track once things at work and at home settle down.

    Doing good keeping to my goals working out 60 mins daily and staying under calories!!! Lost a pound this week so happy wish it was more but will be happy with a loss!!! Also lost an inch from hips and waist this week!!!

    lvn ~ its alright! its understandable! keep you and your family healthy! there are often time when we fall flat on our faces but don't fret, keep optimistic and pick back up where you left off and push forward!

    angel ~ NSV!!!! that is amazing, an inch!!!! and take the loss and be proud of what you accomplished this week! if you can lose a pound a week thats 52 pounds a year! its harder for us mamas to loose weight because our hormones and metabolisms aren't what they used to be before we had kiddos!

    im so proud of both of you ladies! keep up the excellent work!

    Doing great! Just gotta exercise more since I'm back on feet. I'm closer to my big goal of Christmas but 5lbs in a week? I might be disappointed. Oh yeah, water water water! Been slacking on that for a bit this week.

    I had a sick husband and 2 sick kids this week and very busy. I volunteered for a feed the homeless feed at our church, had 2 new counseling appts for kids, babysat my granddaughter, took my oldest out to lunch and pedicure for her bday. It was a tough week, but I did pretty good staying ontrack food wise and managed to get in quite a bit of exercise. This next week is going to be rougher since the kids are out of school for 2 weeks and we have christmas....GRrrrrrr. Just taking it one day at a time.......:smile:
