What's your plan for maintenance after reaching goal???

I hopefully will be so active then (can't wait! always was an active person) it will be all good. My plan is to weigh in every week and if I gain 5 lbs to immediately go back to stringent MFP principles. That will be awhile from now so am also hoping my good habits will remain.

I plan on watching my weight as well - don't want to repeat this again even though I had some health issues that contributed to it. At least by the time I loose the weight I will be so used to eating this way I won't miss my old way so much and if I do eat my old way I can switch back to MFP way without any issue.

I'm losing about 1.5 lbs a week and on a daily calorie "allowance" of 1230, plus any exercise calories I earn. When the happy day arrives, I'll increase my daily allowance to about 1900 (as recommended by MFP) and add in my exercise calories. Hopefully (fingers crossed) I'll stop losing and won't start gaining!0
