I decided to stay on level 1 week 1 until I could do 5 each set. Just got that yesterday, so I guess I'm moving up...0

I got 16, which, is aparentally the minimum and I'm now column one - happy dance! :bigsmile:
That is an improvement tho so I'm pleased, I guess! :ohwell:0 -
So I did my test. I did 16 and kinda did a 17th one. I am going to stay back a week just because I wanted to move on with at least 18. I will re test next week :-)0

I got in a good 45!! Up 10 from initial test, I'm just gonna keep doing what I've been doing....column 3.0

I just did my test (after running 10 KM for the first time, no less), and got 23. That keeps me in Level 3 (or column 2 I guess), which suits me just fine.0

I only got 9 but they were much better form and stronger than my initial test so I do feel like I'm getting stronger. I will be repeating week 2 but moving up to column 2.0

I got 11 from my 8. I'm going to repeat Week 2, Set 2 and build up more strength. I don't like it, but would prefer to do it right! Great job ladies! :drinker:0
