How is everyone doing this week? Hopefully you had a better week. It is always tough right after thanksgiving to get back on track. Be sure to post your information in the spreadsheet or update it!

    weigh on whatever day works for you. i wouldn't want to make it a particular day because i know we all have our preferred weigh in days.

    Week 3 (12/10/11) goal: 174 lbs, actual: 179.0 lbs
    Week 4 (12/17/11) goal: 172 lbs, actual: 175.6 lbs
    Week 5 (12/24/11) goal: 170 lbs, start working out on a regular basis.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: 130 by my birthday 7/24/2012

    I gave up on my goal of finishing 30 DS, mainly because I just don't like the workout. I'm still working with my dietitian on some goals:

    Drink 64 or more oz of water a day - Doing pretty well with that one
    Have 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day - Actually eating more veggies that fruits right now. I'm just not digging fruit right now.
    20-30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week - Having a difficult time with this one due to fatigue and lack of motivation.
    Eating more healthy - Doing better at this one. I've started counting exchanges again, because otherwise I just overeat, but I think that's what will work for now.
