I gave up on my goal of finishing 30 DS, mainly because I just don't like the workout. I'm still working with my dietitian on some goals:
Drink 64 or more oz of water a day - Doing pretty well with that one
Have 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day - Actually eating more veggies that fruits right now. I'm just not digging fruit right now.
20-30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week - Having a difficult time with this one due to fatigue and lack of motivation.
Eating more healthy - Doing better at this one. I've started counting exchanges again, because otherwise I just overeat, but I think that's what will work for now.0
