I need some help ladies. My doc said I can workout as long as my heart rate doesn't exceed 150. Any ideas?

    walking and espicially swimming are the best excersices for pregnant women. i swam a bit during my first pregnancy and it was lovely, you dont feel heavy and you can do all the moves inside water without worry about the baby or your joints.:smile:
    you can also use a Heart Rate monitor and will strongly recommend the Polar HRM.
