I need some help ladies. My doc said I can workout as long as my heart rate doesn't exceed 150. Any ideas?

walking and espicially swimming are the best excersices for pregnant women. i swam a bit during my first pregnancy and it was lovely, you dont feel heavy and you can do all the moves inside water without worry about the baby or your joints.
you can also use a Heart Rate monitor and will strongly recommend the Polar HRM.0
