    Ok I missed all of last week b/c of traveling and everything, regardless I'm still proud of myself for coming back and getting back on track. Before I would use that missed week as a reason to just give up, but no more!

    As of today, how many squats should we have done to be on schedule?

    according to my calculations, if someone started on the first day of this challenge (December 6) the goal would be 2700 at the end of today ( January 1)
