Well not really started yet. Waiting till Jan 1st. But my daughter and I are going to go for a test walk/jog today. I am going to be doing 2 different goals this next year.

    1. 365 miles in 365 days
    2. c25k
    3. 5k race by March 31st
    4. 10k race by June 30th
    5. 1/2 Marathon by Aug 31st
    6. Marathon by Dec 31st

I plan on reaching all of these goals with my 9 yr old this year, Please pray for us that we will be able to find sponsers to run the actual races. Be Blessed!

One NSV for me this week was when I went shopping I stayed away from almost all processed foods. :) I think some gold fish was as close to processed foods I came and that was free juices with them for my kids. I am going to make this change. It is just going to take alot of pray, hard work, dedication and commitment. :) I can do all things through Christ who gives me Strenght. Be Blessed!

    I have a few goals for 2012.

I want to be a better mom- spend more quality time with my kiddos
I want to help as many students as possible to get their GED's
    I want to run a 10K and possibly a half-marathon
I want to grow in Christ and be a minister to everyone I meet

    Thanks for your prayers!!!!
    Keeping you in mine too.
"I can do all things through Christ" :)

  • MY GOALS ARE COMING ALONG AS FOR AS MATCHING MY ACTIONS WITH MY MIND.
MY ISSUE HAS BEEN SAYING ONE THING BUT NOT DOING ANYTHING.

SO I'VE BEEN NOT GORGING MYSELF LIKE i HAD BEEN IN THE PAST, STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO
GOAL# 1 IS NOT TO LOOSE MYSELF IN ACQUIRING A NEW ME, BUT STILL READ, AND STUDY, AS WELL AS BE ACTIVE EVERYDAY AND BE MINDFUL THAT FOOD IS NOURISHMENT NOT MY BFF.

QUESTION : WHAT HAVE ANYONE DID DIFFERENTLY TO SEE THE BEST RESULTS?

For me it was mainly creating a regimine excerice schedule as well as giving up a few "junk" foods.. Plus drinking plent of water, about 8-9 cups a day.
  • I am totally surrendered to Christ and have gone through much healing the past few years from a time of darkness. The last phase is to get physically strong for Christ. I feel mentally weak for this and really can't figure out why the hurdle is there, but want to push through. I do need fellow Christians to come along with me. I just read "Jesus Freaks" about martyrs for Christ and pray I would give my body and life up for the gospel, however so far this is not my calling. God has gifted me with the ability to teach others how to study His Word and I want my body to be strong and enduring as I serve Him. I pray that insecurity will leave me and all self-conciousness over body shape, looks, etc will be overtaken by Christ in Victory as He fills my mind and soul.... I love Him and want to do this for Him. My body is His temple!

My goals are not quite what I normally go for each year. Did a mix up of things that gives me more peace so I can enjoy what God has given me. Day two accomplished and I love waking up knowing I went to bed organized.
