Give me a push!

Hi, I have just joined and plan to do personal 7 week challenge to lose weight to fit into my old clothes!

I need a push in the right direction and any help i can get!

I am going to cut out all the rubbish, although i would love to know how to stop the temptation of eating the cakes you bake for your kids?? I bake lots for the school etc and its very difficult to not eat all the nice things i make! :(

I am dedicated and really need to do this. So any help and advice would be much appreciated.

    What really helps me
    b/fast Special K with some type of fruit orange/bananna
    lunch turkey on whole wheat
    snacks atkins bars great to have any time to have when kids are having snacks and they fill you up also if you need choc. they have yummy choc....
    snacks Jillian protein shakes i use it as a meal replacement sometimes i use it for lunch or dinner if i don't like what im making for kids
    i also use crystal light hugry packets they really work add them to my water once/twice a day they fill you too! Helps to get that water in!!
