I hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year! It is a perfect January 1st. Begin the new year worshiping the Lord and getting our priorities straight so that we are accomplishing the tasks we are given. Serving the Lord and having a healthy body are two of the greatest things that we can do for ourselves.

Thank goodness for new years and new beginnings. Let us start the year on a positive note, knowing that God's eye is always upon us and His love for us is sure and full! Even when we fall, we just get back up and press on!
How did everyone do this holiday season? Even though I did over indulge, MFP has taught me how to make better choices and to "save" my calories for that certain piece of butterscotch dessert that I just HAVE to have!0
