350 can "s" my "d"!!!

350 has been my INFAMOUS plateau area. I bounced between 345-355 for a solid year before being pushed over to 380. I honestly thought 350 was the limit that my body would go. Three weeks ago I hit 350. Then 352, then 350, then 347, then 350 (you get the idea). I finally got my *kitten* in gear and I'm now down under my plateau range and am at 342! :D So happy! :drinker:

    322 is my "hell spot". I go 322 to 326 and then back to 322. If I could just get below 320 I think I could start moving again. Changed up my exercise routine and hopefully this will be what pushes me under that 320 spoit.
