Well, I just want to announce I'm finally in the 400s, weighing in today at 492lbs :) I'm so excited!! I don't know when the last time was that I was under 500lbs, but it's been at LEAST 8-9months if not longer. Eeee!!!

Hope everyone had a merry Christmas and enjoyed their days!!

    Merry Christmas & congratulations!!!!! I remember how happy I felt getting under 600, 500, & now soon to be 400. These are big milestones so enjoy them. Keep up the great work!:drinker: :smile:
