Ahhhh, I have somehow magically gained 10 lbs over the holidays (or something like that...)
Either way, I need to get back to it. I miss feeling healthy! Plus my birthday is February, so I'm ready to rumble0 -
I'm in!!! I would love to lose 10 lbs, but I know that's not likely since mfp says I can only lose 1.6 per week, so in 4 weeks, that's 6.4 lbs, but I will try for as much as possible!!! I want to be in the 140s so badly!!0
