    Just to let you know this wil be a 12 week challenge. Once we complete the 12 weeks, we will start it up again. Every Tuesday I will post a TOPIC for the weeks Black Team weigh in. Pam (pamastori) is my sister and we came up with this idea, because about 3 years ago I was part of a similar challenge with another website, and I ended up losing 55lbs. That website eventually stopped this challenge, so Pam and I talked about doing it ourselves. It was extremely motivating for me, and I hope that it is for you:smile: LETS DO THIS BLACK TEAM!!!

    I can imagine how cold it is up in Boston today, I am in the Ft. Lauderdale area and woke up to 39 degrees! Last night was the first time in 2 years that we put the heater on LOL! I love a little cold weather every once in a while, I am originally from NJ.

    Yes, freezing over here! it got down to 7 degrees last night, however no snow on the ground yet so that's a small plus! :)

    YAY! Black team!! If we were on the ranch we would have Bob :happy: haha! I am in the Phoenix area, weather's pretty good here, but originally I am from Prescott, AZ so I'm used to having colder weather in the winter and I miss it :( We get enough heat in the summer here it would be nice to have a cold winter! No such luck.

    I've always loved Bob, but I LOVE looking at Dolvett even more :P I was squealing with happiness when I saw him make a comeback. I knew they were getting rid of Anna and I'm glad they didn't fill the spot. This season got off to a get start!

    (Also, I put in 15 minutes of stationary biking during the weigh-ins segment. Next week I'll add on 5 min! What living room workout will you do watching the show?)

    I'm so excited to be apart of this group!! I live in South Dakota, but am originally (born and raised) from Las Vegas. So I am really not used to this damn weather- even though I've lived here for almost 2 years:P But I have to say it was better than living in Texas

    I am a fan of Bob but I also found myself cheering more for Dolvett's team. BTW I love that you exercise while you watch the show! What a great idea!!!

    I don't get to watch it when it comes on - one tv in the house and I lose in the vote- so i wait to watch it online so I don't really do any workout during the show....or at least I didn't that will be my new goal and can add it as one of the extra 10 minute we need for the challenge;)

    Hey Black Team! I am LeighAnna from Toronto, Canada - Love how you're all complaining about the cold it was -15*C here yesterday (5*F)!!

    I am so excited about doing this challenge! I used to work at the largest fitness club in Canada, GoodLife Fitness and all the staff would walk or run on the treadmill while we watched BL. I recently got a ski machine for my house so I will be doing that while I watch every Tuesday night :)

    Oh I hear you girls, I LOVE looking at dolvett too! I would pleased to train with either one of them boys ;) I also don't get to watch the show on Tuesday nights, I don't have TV so, gotta wait to watch it the next day online, which I'm in the middle of doing now! I don't have any machine type exercise things, so I don't usually work out during the show, but I could get up and just start moving around do some leslie sansone moves or tae bo punches and kicks or something!

    South Louisiana here!!! It was about 60 degrees today. I would also like to say that although I am VERY excited about our black team, I LOVE me some Dolvett!!! (he's red team)

    Hi Black team!!! So excited to get this started! I am in BC Canada...a very small town in an area known as the Shuswap....our weather is pretty good.....0-7 degrees and only a little bit of snow!!!
