I'm here and I have 60 lb to lose and I'm 64. Harder than heck but I am working on it. I ride my bike everyday now. Use to ride to work 18 miles a day but retired and gained, gained, gained. Terrible! Now I'm cutting calories and getting back on my bike.0

I'm 57 and couldn't get down and really play with my grandbabies this Christmas. It just reinforced my determination to get healthy.
Has anyone seen an exercise plan that slowly works you from 0 fitness to heart healthy and strong at my age? Kind of a step by step schedule to slowly increase my stamina and strength. Usually I start too fast and either hurt myself or get nauseous. Any ideas?0 -
I'm here too, I'm 59 and I have 50 to lose, tho my first goal is to get to 150 (11 pounds). I'm doing short term and short range goals with the idea that I will better stick to this and make it a true WOE. I'm a low-carber, by the way0
