Hey everyone!

I'm back at school today so I packed a lunch, despite not feeling up for food. If I get hungry though I have healthy options. My first class was cancelled so I'm stuck at school until 12:30 (3 hours). Oh well - at least there's the internet!

Hope you all have a happy hump day! Can you believe this is our 10th day already????

    I'm doing well so far! Tried to do an apple with PB for breakfast but found I am not a fan of PB in the mornings after about two bites. So I finished off my apple and had a nice glass of milk instead. I woke up late so I didn't have my usual super-filling breakfast. Plus, for the first time in a loooooong time, I wasn't hungry when I woke up! That was nice :-)

    Feeling any better, Jalara?

    Wow! It sounds like you're on to something for sure!

    No, not better yet, although I have managed to eat better today. I suspect I'll be feeling ill until after I'm done the meds I'm on.

    All done! I'm under points and calories today, so it's a great day! :drinker:

    Now if only I felt better... oh well! The weight loss will make me feel better for a good long time!
  • hope everything is good with all of you. I am doing good on my ww so far. for the past couple of months I have not lost any weight doing MFP alone, so I decide to try ww online again. right away I started losing. I think I was eating to much when I did MFP.

    Same here Jalara! I have 175 calories and 2 points left for the day! :-) YAY! Loving this no bread/pasta/rice thing...I feel satisfied at the end of the day and no cravings!

    Over points, but I am on track to be spreading my weekly's out a few each day...so it works. The almond butter is 6 points out of the 29 I can eat.
    I limit sugar (processed stuff only not the natural sugars)and sodium and try to only eat whole grains. These changes have made a world of difference on my hunger levels...and if my hunger is under control then I do not overeat.
    I have to eat out twice tomorrow...shouldn't be horrible...but there go the weeklies :smile:
