Today's challenge:

Add an extra serving of a fruit AND vegetable to your day! They are filling, low calorie, full of vitamins.... I could go on and on. So make it a priority today, get your five today :D

    I'll throw in some fruit with my morning snack today and take extra veggies at dinner tonight.

    Had blueberries with my oatmeal and a ruby red grapefruit with my lunch; will have a huge garden salad with dinner and munch on carrrots for a snack!! Thanks for the motivation : )

    Today was my first day back at work and I did terrible.....I ate a lot of fruit but not as much vegetable as I wanted....I ate a salad for dinner. Maybe better tomorrow.

    I added two diced tomatos to my pasta "sauce" for dinner, does that count since the fruit v. veggie thing is so controversial? lol

    But for good measure, I'll have an apple when I get into snack mood before bed!

    This one was easy...added extra cucumbers at lunch and brussell sprouts to the dinner menu.
