week 8 challenge!

Hey everyone!

I hope you don't mind if I set up a new weekly challenge for week 8.

START: Monday Jan 2, 2012
END: Sunday Jan 8, 2012

This week you should do Rhythm Boxing for 60 minutes! I think this is doable until Sunday! If you think it's too much, reduce the minutes!

    i didnt see this challenge this week. but i think i just did the 10 minute twice so thats a mere 20 minutes.. might do it again later as this has motivated me :D

    no worrys you can always go back to our old challenges and do it on your own. We got a new challege posted for tomorrow :) see ya there...

    Don't worry, I failed too, unless I get 50 minutes of boxing in today! I had three days off work, due to a public holiday, but I was so busy with housework and so on!

    Let's try the best on our upcoming challenge!
