Admins and Mods.

How do we want to approach adding Admins and Mods. I'm the only one and I'm sure it would be unfair for it to remain that way. Do we want to take volunteers or do we want to vote?
I should add Admins can edit group information and settings. Mods can only edit posts and (I think) users.
