    I did an 1 and 15 minutes today =)
    on the 9th did 1 hour and 24 mins
    the 10th I did 1 hour and 12 mins

    total time is 3 hours and 51 mins

    Denise great job!! You might be able to double the 4 hours by the end of the week!!!

    I am up to 2 hours total as of tonight. I have to take a day off of the stationary bike. My rear is killing me. DVD workout for me tomorrow! Goodnight!

    Monday - 42 minutes
    Tuesday - 46 minutes
    Wednesday - 56 minutes


    144 minutes so far!

    W - 1:10
    Then 30 today and 1:10 on Friday, whew!

    I got 6 hours of bowling in this week and 2 hrs on my stationary bike. I am going to fit in 2 more hours on my bike by sunday to make my total 10 hours of exercise this week!! Go me!!

    Nailed it! Yesterday I did 80min walking plus 30min of the shred. Woohoo!!
