I have the "perfect push-up" things they work great, it makes the weight on my wrists not so bad, and I'm thinking about getting the yoga blocks, I can't stretch the way they do..not yet anyway!!

My friend bought the pull up bar, (of course she never used it so I stole it!) And its great! It slips onto the door frame and slips off with no trouble. I use the chair a whole lot, but what I get out of it is amazing. I am so excited to be able to do a real pull up..

I love my yoga block, it helps with my weaker stretches, and gives me a place to rest my head when its down in that general area and i can't get to the floor.

I don't have the push up bars but like Tony showed in the video you can use dumbbells as push up bars and that works for me!

  • I love the push-up bars (got a cheap set of Weider's at Sears) - they take a beating.

Re: yoga block, I can't imagine holding some of those Yoga poses without the block! What's her name, Shawna, on the DVD who can pretty much sit straight-legged and stick her toes up her nose? That's nuts.
