Hi all,
I am new to My fitness pal. I have the DVD of Leslie Sanone 3 mile. I haven't used it lately and thought this groiup would get me
back on useing at least in the winter.
looking forward to meeting some of her walkekrs.

I walk to her mon-fri. She is my life saver. I have a couple of her DVDs. I have 4 fast miles and 5 really big miles with the stretch band. I'm currently doing the 4 fast miles. I've done a few on OnDemand. I just love her. I love her spirit and her attitude.0

I am new to this DVD series and have the 5 miles total video but so far can not even complete the first mile so lots of work to do!0

I am not quite sure, but maybe you should start out slow and do the 1 mile the work yourself too the 2 mile etc. What do you think of this. If anyone else has a suggestion let me know.

I am new to Leslie Sansone too. I am going to do her dvd Walk Off Even More Weight with 2lb weight belt. I am going to get in the habit of doing her everyday except weekends. I need all the help I can get.0

I LOVE her walk tapes. I get easily intimadated by working out so was looking for a way to ease into it. I had done a few on demand sessions with Sansone then bought a couple of dvds. I always break a sweat and feel invigorated by the work outs. You can do as much or as little as you want but still get a good work out. I have been doing them for about two months and feel great. I started cutting back calories mid January and have lost three pounds so far. MFP and Leslie are a great combo!0

i am new too i have a few dvds i am using the 5 day slim down - a mile each morning so far so go plan is to do a mile a morning for two weeks then do two miles a morning week one done bring on week two0

I just discovered Leslie sansone videos this week. I'm in another group that posts a challenge for the month and the challenge for February is to walk 50 miles. I decided I will do this with these videos. I need to do 2 miles a day to reach my goal, so of course I'm doing the 2 mile video. So far I'm loving it!! I find it really works the thighs which is a big problem area of mine.0

I was introduced to Leslie a few months ago. Love her. I decided in January to try Chalean Extreme (weight training). It is a 90 day program but alternates cardio and strength days. I decided to keep it all fresh, I would throw in a WATP walk once a week. Guess that tells ya how I feel.0
