If you would like to join in, add a picture of you from the front, the back and the side so that we can see how we are all doing :D (I shall post mine later when I get home from work) Please let me know whether you would like to do this every ten days, or whether you would like to wait until we have gone the full thirty?

    I have never posted pics before and have no idea how too!!

    I will figure this out and then post later.....i think every ten days might be good, it might provide motivation for others, or just final results if posting photos is hard enough for some

    Hey Rachel, go to tinypic.com and upload and copy the picture URL from there :) it's easier than photobucket *I* think! just make sure you change the sections toOk, so here are my first pictures! Back27ymkn6.jpg

    ok - i dont know how to upload pics! Went to tiny pic, copy and pasted the thing that said it would go to message boards and dont think it worked?!?!

    Change the IMG at the beginning and end of it to lower case img's And when you go to the upload screen you have to change the default in the drop down box to website/ email for pic side. I only know this due to our fearless leader. Thanks PAN!!!

    Well done peeps for posting pics. it is hard to put your body out there.....but we are totally here for each other.

    Have to admit im laughing at my photos as that my sports bra from AGES ago and is about 4 sizes too small! Also, my pics are all over the place, round the wrong way, big, och well!
