So here are my end results from CX.

Lost 7.8 pounds
Lost 14 inches overall (4.5 off my waist!!!)
Lost 3.8% body fat

I know these dont sound like HUGE results but I'm pretty happy with them considering Thanksgiving and Christmas was in there. And I'm so stinking happy to be out of those wretched 160's!!!! Gosh I fought with 165 forever!

    My results are.......drum roll please............(LeisureRunner and I did the program together)

    Pounds lost: 10.5

    Inches lost:

    waist: -2

    hips: -2

    arms: -1/2

    thighs: -1/2

    chest: -2 1/2

    I also measure my lower stomach....lol...in which I lost 3 inches.

    Very please with my results!
