I'm having the Oregano salad for dinner. (Oreganos.com- Big Beefstro salad. Still trying to determine the calorie count on the meat?)

Tonight, we're doing breakfast for dinner because I forgot to pull out the stuff for tacos!
Tuesday - Chicken tacos with refried beans, maybe rice, not sure!
Wednesday - crab cakes with steak fries and salad.
Thursday - Something to do with chicken - I can't remember!
Friday - we're doing a pizza from Papa Johns. Just cheese for me, probably 15 different meats for the hubster.

Ha ha, way to make me plan :)

Tonight is pasta, butter & shrimp for kids, broccoli side. For us: tomatoes, olive oil, broccoli, shrimp, garlic.
Tuesday: chicken... bourbon chicken maybe? Or if I can get a good recipe, a whole chix in the crock pot. Delmonte Mixed veggies. Plus hopefully potatoes in the crock pot with the chicken
Weds: porkchops. Use up the rest of my spinach, sundried tomato, mozzarella stuffing. Side baked potato & corn.
    Thurs: spaghetti & green beans
Fri: Fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings. Grant me the strength not to have anything awful and no drinks!!! No drinks till 151#!!

Today I took a healthy choice meal and split it among 4 people, added grean beans, squash and onions, and they had stewed tomatoes with it (I'm not a tomatoe person)

Tomorrow for the house they are getting pasta
At work we are doing build your own burritos hoping to find a way to make that healthy

Wed will be rosemary rice and grilled fish

Thurs I will figure out when I go grocery shopping tonight

Friday will be the other healthy choice meal for me at work

Sat and sun I have no clue

    Good ideas!

Here's what I have so far:
    Sun-Steak, strawberry, spinach salads
    Mon-Garden chowder, bread, apples
    Tues--Spaghetti, meat sauce, salad
Wed-Lazy roasted chicken, cauliflower/carrots/sweet potatoes (you can just stick the frozen chicken breasts from Costco on a baking dish with Pam or olive oil and veggies and herbs and bake at 400 or so for 40 minutes. My kids call it "juicy chicken."
    Thurs--not sure
Friday--homemade pizza, fruit salad, carrot sticks
