I have been noticing several people are up to 5 lbs lost already. I think it is so great. I know just having to write down everything I eat has helped me so much. I am still working on trying to work out more. I just wanted to send a shout out to everyone for doing such a great job so far. Let's keep it up!!

I agree! Everyone seems to be doing so well. My ticker is misleading because I did this for a week in December and lost 4lbs and then stopped doing it during the holidays and started back up with everyone else. It is amazing how just logging keeps you so accountable. Everyone keep up the great work!0

Yeah - my ticker is misleading, too. I was doing this a few months ago, lost 13 pounds and then we went on vacation in October... I blew it & got off track for 3 months. So my "5 pounds lost" is actually 8 pounds gained since October0

Seriously - everyone is doing fantastic!! Even things like logging consistently - it feels good to be DOING something.
Whenever I get off track and gain, I always think - why did I stop? I always feel so good, there is no downside to being on track!0 -
My ticker is counting last year when I started MFP also. I have lost 1.5 so far, maybe a bit more when I weigh in on Friday0
