I read on here how people lose inches so fast, I can't seem to lose inches anymore been the same for weeks now. I am wondering if there is something more I can do or could I be measuring wrong???? Any advice would be great!!!

    i had the same problem a few weeks back when i was plateaued. since starting the supreme 90 workout, ive lost another inch and a half in 10 days!
