I know I am not the one to post for today but I just had to share this verse in addition.
James 1:4 (NIV) Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Prayer;
Dear Lord give us the strength to persevere in our endeavor to get our body's to a healthy condition to better serve you in whatever capacity you have set out for us. Help us to improve not only our physical body but our spiritual, mental & emotional body so we can be better witnesses for you.
